Domenic Della Penna, C.A. - Transition Leader

Domenic Della Penna joined Timothy’s World Coffee in October 2008, responsible for the organization’s finance strategy and the management of development opportunities.

Prior to Timothy’s, Domenic held the post of Vice President of Finance with Diageo Canada Inc., a subsidiary of the world’s largest total beverage alcohol company. There he was responsible for the company’s complex multi-million dollar business and the spearheading of successful mergers and acquisitions. An accomplished finance executive, Domenic has held senior finance positions at Nestlé Canada and Cadbury Beverages Canada. He has a passion for quality brands, a key reason for joining Timothy’s.

Domenic is a Chartered Accountant with a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.

As a key member of our management team, Domenic’s advanced leadership skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement for Timothy’s World Coffees.

Gabrielle D’Alonzo - Vice President of Human Resources

Gabrielle D’Alonzo has been an instrumental member of the Timothy’s management team for over 20 years. Gabrielle has proven to be effective in the leadership role of guiding the organizational development at Timothy’s since 1999. In February of 2003, Gabrielle was appointed to the role of Vice-President, Human Resources. Prior to her current role as Vice President of Human Resources, Gabrielle had served as Timothy’s Manager of Human Resources, and then, as Director of Human Resources.

In her current role, Gabrielle provides Timothy’s with expertise in establishing and maintaining human resources management programs including; staffing and recruitment, salary and benefits policies, payroll services, employee relations, employee health programs, human resources planning and organizational development.

Gabrielle’s background is in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management. She is an active member of The Human Resources Professionals Association, (HRPA).

Roman Kolankowski - Vice President Plant Operations

As Vice President, Plant Operations, Roman Kolankowski is responsible for all aspects of production at Timothy’s roasting facility, together with Levain World Bakery. He was promoted to this pivotal role in 2006, after serving as General Manager, Plant Operations, for two years.

Before joining Timothy’s in 2004, Roman served as Plant Manager for Mother Parkers Tea and Coffee Inc., where he oversaw the Mississauga-based coffee production facility and a staff of over 200 employees.

With 25 years progressive experience in operational and supply chain management positions, gained at such companies as Mother Parkers Tea and Coffee Inc., Campbell Company of Canada and Kellogg Canada Inc., Roman brings significant expertise in food manufacturing and distribution to Timothy’s.

Roman is a graduate of Ryerson University’s Industrial Engineering Technology program.
