Gabrielle D’Alonzo - Vice President of Human Resources
Gabrielle D’Alonzo has been an instrumental member of the Timothy’s management team for over 20 years. Gabrielle has proven to be effective in the leadership role of guiding the organizational development at Timothy’s since 1999. In February of 2003, Gabrielle was appointed to the role of Vice-President, Human Resources. Prior to her current role as Vice President of Human Resources, Gabrielle had served as Timothy’s Manager of Human Resources, and then, as Director of Human Resources.
In her current role, Gabrielle provides Timothy’s with expertise in establishing and maintaining human resources management programs including; staffing and recruitment, salary and benefits policies, payroll services, employee relations, employee health programs, human resources planning and organizational development.
Gabrielle’s background is in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management. She is an active member of The Human Resources Professionals Association, (HRPA).
